In February 2025, we celebrated sisterhood at our Galentine’s Day Social, a vibrant space for women to connect, uplift one another, and simply enjoy being in community.
Vision Board Party II: Manifesting Clarity Through Vision Boarding
The first Vision Board Party received such a wonderful response, we hosted Vision Board Party II on May 17, 2025, where participants reflected on their progress and refined their visions for the year ahead. NMH was joined by Sharnece Thomas, Licensed Trama Therapist and Owner of Serene Solutions who led an interactive discussion about the therapy behind vision boarding as an aid to unlocking emotional paralysis.
