No More Hiding™ was founded in 2024 by Renetta Smith, born from a simple but powerful truth: rediscovering yourself is easier when you don’t have to do it alone.

After spending decades devoted to motherhood, career, and responsibility, Renetta realized she had slowly disappeared from her own life. Her journey back to joy — through therapy, creativity, movement, and community — revealed something profound: countless women were quietly navigating the same midlife transitions, reinventions, and questions of identity.

What began as a few intimate gatherings with women who shared similar experiences quickly grew into something bigger. Renetta recognized a widespread need for accessible, relatable spaces where women could reconnect with themselves and each other — without judgment, pressure, or pretense.

NMH™ blends personal development, healthy lifestyle practices, physical movement, and self‑discovery with the power of community. Through small‑group gatherings, workshops, seminars, social events, and networking experiences, we create safe, inspiring environments where women can reflect, heal, laugh, cry, move, and grow.

Renetta Smith is the founder of No More Hiding™—a women-centered lifestyle brand created for women, especially in midlife, who are navigating change, rediscovering themselves, and choosing to show up fully in their lives.

After decades of professional achievement, caregiving, personal transitions, and lived experiences, Renetta recognized a familiar pattern among women who appeared “fine” on the outside but felt disconnected, unseen, or quietly stuck on the inside. NMH™ was born from that truth—not as a fix, but as an invitation: to pause, reflect, and move forward with clarity, confidence, and self-trust.

Renetta brings over 30 years of experience across project management, capital delivery commercial management, and regulatory compliance, supported by an MBA in International Business Management. But it is her ability to blend structure with compassion, insight with warmth, and leadership with humanity that shapes the heart of the brand.

Through reflective content, intentional gatherings, and supportive spaces, Renetta is committed to creating environments where women feel safe to tell the truth, honor their lived experiences, and reconnect with their joy, purpose, and sense of self—without apology.
