Overview: From brain fog and emotional outbursts to hot flashes, vaginal dryness, low libido, and changes in body odor, menopause can show up in ways no one fully prepared us for. If you’re experiencing it, we’re talking about it openly, honestly, and without judgement. This seminar creates a safe, informative space for women to better understand what’s happening in their bodies, explore practical medical and lifestyle solutions, and feel supported through one of life’s most misunderstood transitions. Led by Dr. Rose Blackburne, MD, this conversation is designed for women who are ready for real information they can trust, realistic answers, and real support without shame, stigma, or sugar-coating.

For Mature Audiences Only. Attendance is limited to 40 participants to preserve intimacy and encourage open discussion. Medical information will be shared for educational purposes in a respectful, supportive environment.
